Catherine came as a recommendation from a family friend, and we couldn’t have been any more pleased. Her patience landed us our dream home. We went to see so many houses and put in so many offers, only to be outbid in a very competitive housing market. Luckily we had a great realtor (Catherine) who put in reasonable offers that were very enticing to buyers. However this market was extremely difficult to land anything. We also needed to move ASAP with the wife starting a new job that she had to move for before her start date. Needless to say, we backed out of the offer, and our dream house came true just a few weeks later. In hindsight, we would have made a huge mistake on the first house, and Catherine was just as supportive and diligent as before we made the offer on the first offer. She could have thought that this sale was a waste of her time, but she didn't. She kept on encouraging us, giving us hope that we would eventually find our forever home. And we did. She treated us like family, and continues to keep in touch even after we moved and settled into the house she helped us find. She is an incredible realtor, goes out of her way for her clients, and is beyond patient. She is professional, courteous, and provides so much support and care. We recommended her to family and friends, and even they are very pleased with her as their realtor.
